Pink Whisk Confections is a home-based food business operating under Nebraska’s Cottage Food Law (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-2,280). All products are:

• Made in a non-inspected kitchen

• Not subject to state food safety inspections

• Sold directly to consumers within the state of Nebraska

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this disclosure.

2. Orders and Payment

We accept online orders through our website. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure, third-party payment processor.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product availability

• Errors in pricing or product information

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity

We do not currently offer shipping.
